Pastor and Sis. Castleberry have been married since October of 1988 and have three children, Lacie, Ethan and Camille. Each of their children grew up working and worshipping in the church, and in 2001 they helped plant Victory Church. Since that time the Castleberry's have endeavored to create an environment of love, peace and excellence based on the worship of Jesus Christ in spirit and truth. Pastor Castleberry is a constant learner and student of the Word and under the influence of his family, he has been involved in the business world most of his adult life, and in fact he started and operated an air conditioning business to support the family when they planted Victory Church. After going through trade school for Air Conditioning, Pastor Castleberry continued to studied Real Estate, Business Management, Theology and now has a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Counseling to better lead and guide the people of Victory. It is his desire to see Victory Church become a great and mighty church, the church that God desires it to be. The motto of Pastor Castleberry continues to be very simple; "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". Matthew 6:33

Pastor and Sis. Castleberry remain the best of friends, relying on each other in all aspects of life. Sis. Castleberry continues to be the strong and wise wife, mother, advocate, confidant and friend that her family, her husband and her church has always needed over the years. Though many things have changed in both of their lives, one thing remains constant, and that is their passion for the unadulterated and undiluted Word of Truth and to lead Victory Church into the Spirit of God. By doing the Will and Work of God and remaining in the Word and Ways of God all things are possible!

Randy Nelson

Randy and Diana Nelson moved to the College Station/Bryan area in the summer of 2007 following a call of God to minister in this area. Many miraculous things occurred as the Lord made a way for them to come. Both have served God together in ministry since being married in 1983. The Nelson family has been involved in many areas of service in the church over the years and has been tremendously blessed of God through all He has done them through. They are teachers of God’s Word with the goal of helping to lay a strong and solid foundation for the spiritual growth of His people. Diana has ministered long enough in the toddler class to see some of her little ones grow up in the Lord and be used themselves in serving God, she continues to teach in the Sunday School classes. One of the focuses of Randy’s teaching is that of having a close, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. He assists Pastor Castleberry in preaching, visiting the sick and home bound, ministering in the jails and prisons of our area and teaching Bible studies. Randy and Diana have found great joy and satisfaction in ministering to God’s people and seeing souls set free by the power of God.
Many years ago, they decided their family would seek to be as the following verse:
“I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)” 1 Corinthians 16:15
God has honored this desire and allowed them to be a part of the great work He is doing the BCS area.

Cary Castleberry

With children of his own Cary has a vested interest in the children of Victory Church . He and his wife have been actively involved in Sunday School and various other ministries for many years. After serving as a teacher, Cary became the Children's Ministries Director in June of 2014 and is doing everything possible to make a positive impact in the lives of our children and therefore in their future. Cary plans curriculum that is Biblically sound, schedules community events and fundraisers, and encourages participation in Children's Ministry conferences for all the Sunday School teachers.

One of the focuses Cary is developing in the children’s ministry at Victory UPC is to lay a foundation in every child’s life for who God is and the incredible love He has for each and every person!  Once this foundation is established, the goal is to prepare and equip children with the tools they need to succeed in life – which is simply salvation as preached in Acts 2:38 and a relationship with God.  “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”  Luke 1:37. Cary has expressed that it is his desire above all else to see children filled with the wonderful gift of the Holy Ghost and to grow up in the knowledge and reverence of who God is.

Caleb Coppinger became a member of Victory Church in August of 2009 after moving from Albuquerque, New Mexico (The "Land of Enchantment").  He is a full time employee at a Motorola 2-Way radio shop in Bryan, Texas, but loves spending the rest of his time working for the Lord though music, church, and his family.
Caleb plays several instruments including the bass guitar, drums, and piano and  has been involved in various ministries beginning in high school.  Not only does he have a passion for music, but also for ministering the Word of God.  When Pastor Castleberry asked Caleb to fill the position of music director, he welcomed the opportunity God placed in his life. He shares the vision of Pastor Castleberry and the leadership of Victory Church: that God is still moving in the lives of men and woman everywhere.
"Everyday we can wake up with joy, fresh joy, and live for God using every talent he has blessed us with exclusively for his glory."

The Evans began their journey together on June 14, 2008. After losing both of their spouses, they each stayed faithful to Christ but lived a very lonely life of being single several years before meeting one another.  They met in Texas, got married, and lived in California for 3 ½ years before God miraculously moved them back to Texas in the Bryan-College Station area in October of 2010.  Both have experienced numerous and traumatic losses but have always depended upon the Lord to help them pick up the pieces and move on to a productive and happy life serving, loving, and working for Jesus and HIS kingdom.  Together, they have 3 children and 11 grandchildren, all of whom are living for the Lord and serving in the ministry of Christ in different capacities.  Although Wayne and Trina each have a college degree, their “calling” has always been and will always be to enhance the body of Christ through the ministries of the church in whatever capacity needed.  Throughout their journey in living for the Lord, they have ministered and worked with the homeless, the orphaned, the addicted, the abandoned, the single parent, and now in the ministry of the young married's group called B.O.L.T., Building Our Lives Together.

Our goal for our B.O.L.T. couples is to reinforce Biblical principals set forth in the Word of God: to be in harmony of one mind anchored in Jesus Christ ever looking to HIM for direction, reproof and instruction in spirit and in truth in their role of a husband, a wife, a parent, and a harmonious family unit within a unified body of Christ.  If you or your spouse are 35 years old and under and have been married seven (7) years or less, we welcome you to connect with our B.O.L.T. group.
Regardless of your stance in life, we hope and pray that you will join us at Victory church as we live for and worship our Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST, in the unity of HIS Spirit.  Our pastor, Bro. Keith Castleberry, his family, and we at Victory welcome YOU.
May God overshadow you with HIS presence!
